Full of the faith that the dark past has taught us,
It case it isn’t already clear, I should say plainly that I was not neutral in this election. I consider the past eight years dark times for this country. The 2004 election was the low point, when voters knew that our government was torturing prisoners, tapping phones without warrants, and holding at least one U.S. citizen in a secret prison without charges and without access to any outside help.
