Michelle Obama sent out an email advertising the opportunity for people attending the inauguration to do some community service at Washington's Robert F. Kennedy Stadium. Julie and I were 2 of several thousand volunteers who packed care packages and writing letters to troops serving overseas. Michelle, Sasha, and Malia were there earlier in the morning. folks told us it was very exciting, but also that it took an hour in line to get in then. Nancy Pelosi was there while we were, but we only knew that because it was announced.
