Surrounded by memorials, monuments, museums, and the offices of the most important leaders in the country, not to mention the actual halls of power, the Mall is the place to go if you and a few thousand of your friends have a complaint or want to make a point. It's a big place, a big canvas for people--the people--to paint their arguments on.
